Begg x Co is dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your luxury knitwear; if your purchase is not quite right, you can return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Begg x Co tags and labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
