Where are Begg x Co products manufactured?
All our scarves, throws, and knitwear are expertly handcrafted at our mill in Ayr, Scotland, using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
What shipping options are available?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over £250. Express international shipping is also available via DHL for global delivery within 3-5 business days.
How do I care for my cashmere items?
We recommend professional dry cleaning for our cashmere products. For light refreshment, you may use a cashmere comb to gently remove pilling and store items flat in a cool, dry place.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 28 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are non-refundable.
